What We Did
A unique island and two-tone door styling feature predominantly in this kitchen renovation. Located in picturesque Ridgeway, Ontario, our client’s kitchen had become dated and no longer served the versatile needs of a busy, growing family. During their initial consultation with Canaan, we discussed the importance of establishing a layout that would maximize functionality, while ensuring that the styles chosen would seamlessly integrate with the home’s surrounding space.
Upon completion, the new kitchen is a head-turner! Stocked full of features such as a custom wood hood, floating shelves, and a strategically angled island to fully optimize all available space. The kitchen features timeless, two-tone styling; with the upper units comprised of MDF doors painted in Chantilly Lace and the lower units’ maple doors stained in a custom cherry finish. This two-tone style creates a vibrant, contrasting look that is also sure to stand the test of time. A stunning quartz countertop, black matte hardware, and an exquisitely crafted farmhouse sink serve to complete the space.
