What We Did
Signature country charm and eclectic styling feature predominantly in this all-encompassing kitchen renovation. Our client was suffering from a closed-off first floor that made the layout feel disjointed and tight for space. Our design team determined that, in addition to the new kitchen, converting the area into an open-room concept would be the best route to take. Once the designs were finalized and approved, our team got to work.
The first step was to remove the walls that divided the space to allow for much easier access throughout. After the room was opened up, the real work began! Upon completion, the new space is truly a showstopper. Featuring farmhouse styling throughout, the stunning space is packed full of bells and whistles. From a custom entryway with bench seating to a hybrid desk and overflow pantry, the new design has a dedicated area for everything!
The kitchen doors showcase a shaker bevel style that was painted in the very popular Chantilly Lace colour, giving the cabinetry a clean, crisp finish. The 60/40, stainless steel sink pairs beautifully with the Gooseneck faucet and is perfectly complimented by the dedicated under-sink pullout for easy access to cleaning supplies. The kitchen also comes equipped with a dedicated beverage station, accent lighting, and dedicated garbage bin pullout for efficient removal of waste. The final touches were applied to the new dining room, where a built-in China cabinet can be found that includes a splendid, Maple butcher block countertop and glass shelving for optimal display storage.
